The O-Run Courses are designed by crossfitters, marathoners and powerlifters to test each TEAM’S ability to overcome, endure or just complete the challenging course—that is the O-Run! The unique obstacles and difficult challenges require speed, strength and TEAMWORK. This is not a one-man show and no one person can complete our courses alone. There are THREE levels of difficulty. See below.
LEVEL 1 COURSE
A Level 1 course is a challenging course with obstacles of varying degrees of difficulty. The terrain will be rough and uneven but not treacherous. A Level 1 course is far from easy but a good place to start if you’re new to team obstacle racing or a great place to hone your skills if you’re an experienced team.
LEVEL 2 COURSE
A Level 2 course is a step up from Level 1 with some obstacles of greater difficulty and terrain that’s significantly harder to negotiate. We recommend completing a Level 1 or 2 O-Run before attempting a Level 3.
LEVEL 3 COURSE
The hardest 4 miles you’ll ever run. A Level 3 course is our toughest course and a serious challenge for even the fittest teams out there. The obstacles are harder than Level 2 but the terrain is where the difficulty is really amped up. You will not be able to run the entire course—it will require some walking and careful navigation of some areas.
